Harmovi Terms of Service
Version 1 · effective 2026-10-29
These terms are an agreement between Harmovi Ltd ("Harmovi", "we"), company number SC907421, 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, and you, a professional using Harmovi for your business. Questions: hello@harmovi.com.
1. What Harmovi is
Software for running a beauty or wellbeing business: calendar, client records, payments, a booking page, and planning and coaching tools. Some features use AI to suggest things. AI suggests; you decide. Nothing goes to a client without your approval, apart from the automatic booking emails you can see in your settings.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and using Harmovi for your business.
- You sign in with a code we email you, so keep your email account and devices secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account.
3. Plans and payment
- Harmovi is free while we design our plans. Before any paid plan applies to you, we'll show you its price and give you 30 days' notice. Any special offer is confirmed to you in writing.
- Your clients' card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, which you accept when you set up card payments. Harmovi isn't a bank and doesn't hold your money.
4. Your clients and your data
- Your clients' information belongs to you. You're its controller. We process it only to provide Harmovi to you, under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
- You're responsible for having a lawful reason to keep it, including your clients' explicit agreement before you keep health notes, and for telling them how you use their information. The app helps with both.
- You can export everything at any time.
5. Using Harmovi properly
You agree not to:
- use Harmovi for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited marketing
- post or import reviews you didn't genuinely receive, or offer anything in return for a review. Only clients with a completed appointment are asked, by private link; reviews publish without your approval, and you may reply once; imported reviews are labelled and kept out of your average; we look into reported reviews and may remove them
- try to access other professionals' data, break our security, or overload the service
- copy or resell Harmovi
- charge a client's saved card for anything other than what they agreed to when they saved it, and you remove a card when the client asks
6. Our commitments
- We provide Harmovi with reasonable skill and care, and keep your data secure as the DPA describes.
- We aim to keep Harmovi available but don't promise uninterrupted service.
- AI suggestions, forecasts, the Freedom Score and the tax reserve estimate are guidance, not financial, tax or medical advice. You're responsible for the treatments and advice you give your clients.
7. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the change applies.
8. Liability
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited.
- We're not liable for loss of profits, business or goodwill, or for indirect losses.
- Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 or the fees you paid us in that period, and for a breach of our data protection duties under the DPA, to £5,000.
- These limits apply between you and us only, and don't affect what either of us owes a client or a regulator.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can close your account at any time from Settings.
- We can suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms, or if the law requires it, warning you first where we can. Otherwise we give 60 days' notice.
- After closure you have 90 days to export your data. Then we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep (DPA, §10).
10. General
These terms, the DPA and our privacy notice are the whole agreement. If one part is invalid, the rest still applies. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Harmovi; your rights stay the same. Only you and we can enforce these terms.
11. Law
The law of Scotland governs these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction.
