Booking with a Harmovi professional: your information

Last updated: 2026-10-29 · Version 1

When you book with a professional through this site, the professional is responsible for your information. Harmovi Ltd ("Harmovi") runs the booking system and stores your information on their behalf, under a contract that says we can only use it to provide their service, plus anonymous counts to run it.

What we collect

The booking form itself doesn't ask for health information.

Emails you'll get

Booking confirmations, reminders and changes; a deposit request if the professional asks for one; a consultation form, if they use one; and one email after your visit asking how it went, which you can stop from the email. We never send marketing, we never ask you for a sign-in code, and we never sell your information. If you leave a review, it shows your first name and last initial; we look into any review reported to us at hello@harmovi.com and may remove it.

Behind the scenes

One cookie keeps you signed in on your device; "Sign out" removes it. A bot check protects the booking form. Our providers are listed at harmovi.com/legal/sub-processors.

How long, and your rights

Your professional keeps your records for as long as their own notice says. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used: ask the professional you booked with. If you can't reach them, email hello@harmovi.com; we check who is asking, then pass your request on. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
