Harmovi started in a massage studio, with one question: why does running a small business leave so little room for the life it was meant to pay for?

Jessica runs her own massage studio and knows the side of the work clients never see: the diary juggling, the no-shows, the evenings spent on admin, and never quite knowing whether the month will add up.

Most beauty and wellbeing professionals work alone: full time, part time, around school runs and family. Jessica knows life comes first, so Harmovi is built to make the work easier to fit around it. Every screen is tried in Jessica’s studio before anyone else sees it.

Ioannis is Jessica’s husband, and builds the product. Seeing up close how much of Jessica’s week went on running the business rather than the work itself, Ioannis set out to build the business partner that was missing: one that starts from the life you want and works backwards from there.

Jessica has built a successful business on her own terms, and what she’s learned along the way is too useful to keep to one studio. Harmovi is how we share it with every independent professional who wants the same.

Why we built Harmovi

Beauty and wellbeing professionals shouldn’t have to become accountants, marketers and administrators to succeed.

Most salon software manages appointments. It tells you what happened last week, then leaves the hard questions to you: what to charge, which days to work, how to take a holiday without the month falling short.

We wanted the opposite. With Dream Week, you start with the income, the days and the time off you want, and Harmovi works out the business that gets you there. Then your coach keeps an eye on the month: when it falls behind, its AI suggests the one or two changes that would close the gap, and explains why.
